my friend found this caterpillar on his wheel, when he was in a car park in the Trossachs, think its probably a moth, but dont know which one, can anyone help

It's a fullgrown larva of Pseudoips prasinana.

thanks very much for the idnetification, im just a beginner at looking at moths, and had to look up my book, to find out it was a green silver lines one, quite a nice moth, have never seen one, to my knowledge , will have to pay more attention,
