In the first weekend of August, i am going down to Marlow, in Buckinghamshire. I am planning to go to some of the areas nearby to Marlow (eg. Aylesbury, Bicester, High wycombe, and Marlow itself). The sort of Butterflies i am going to look for are basically any of the down south ones, that i haven't seen before, i already know most of the places (i have the "Discover Butterflies in Britain" book), including a place for Adonis blue. But can can anyone give me any more advice as to what will be around in the 1st week of August, and which places are proving good at the moment.
