Had this called as provencal short tailed blue. Collins range map makes that sound unlikely although a friend in bulgaria says he sees them regularly outside the collins range.

I think it looks better for Eastern Short Tailed Blue as it lacks the more prominent comma shaped line on the hind underwing of provencal and the more distinct second outer markings on the forewing. Either would be new for me.
