Chalkhill Blues near Andover any ideas welcome
i will be staying in a small village of Sutton Scotney near Andover toward the end of next week for a couple of days and will have 2 free days of butterflying whilst my wife visits relatives. I would like to see and photograph the Chalkhill Blue if possible to cross it off my not yet seen tick list, as we don't get them down in Devon.I know the weather is not looking brilliant but there seems to be some sunshine hours between showers. I would appreciate if anyone could recommend a nearby site that would be worth trying as my Transportation may be limited somewhat. Of course my main wish list dream would be a Purple Emperor ,but I realise the season for them is now rather late and my location not near any PE hotspot. Any advice welcome, thank you.
