Pyrenees May 23

Last one for this visit by a birder who enjoys butterflies but still struggles with identification.
I've struggles through the Collins and think I might have a Mountain Ringlet here, can the more experienced here please confirm of correct.

Looks like De Prunner's Ringlet to me, Dragnil.

Hi David,

This is de Prunner's ringlet, Erebia triaria. The books say the three spots near the apex should be aligned, but they are not always perfectly aligned and for myself I have no doubt about this particular butterfly: it ticks all the boxes!

Thanks to you both, I expect I'll be back with more questions when we go again the the autumn. At least I got it down to the ringlet level... ;o)
