Difference between preview and submitted post

Hi Pete,
I have had an issue this morning whereby I edited a post and it looked good in the preview pane but when I submitted it some of the photos were now in the wrong position in the body of text.
Any ideas?

It is the report I posted this morning in my PD.
I accidently double posted a photo so went to edit and remove the duplicate. I checked it in the preview pane and it looked fine but when I submitted it some of the other photos had shifted position in the body of text.
I have never had this happen before depite using the edit function numerous times.

Hi Neil - I've manually fixed this, but have no idea why it happened in the first place.

Thanks Pete, much appreciated.
Probably something I did without realising it but like I say, I have used the edit function loads of times before without any issues.
I have also deleted the additional comment I made below the report now that it is fixed.
