Silver-studded Blue Bolt Head / Start Point

Hi,
I am down in South Devon at the weekend and have been told that Bolt Head and Start Point are both good places to see Silver-studded Blues. As I am only going to have time to get to one site, just wondered if anybody had any guidance on these sites and if one is more productive than the other? Or if there are even better sites in that part of the world?
