Crumpled wings on a small tortoiseshell.

I'm not sure if I'm at the right place for this but couldn't find anywhere else to ask.
Yesterday a butterfly had hatched in my horses stable. I came down later on to find it on the floor with very crumpled wings. I have bought it home but I really not sure that there is anything I can do to help it. I have set up a little home for it with sugar water on a sponge and some fresh buddleia. I guess what I'm asking for is some advice on how to care for it, as I know they live for a long while, and if there is anything else I can do to help it.
