Went looking for them today (yes, I know it's early) on the Dunstable Downs overlooking the gliders, but after 3 hours I gave up.
When are they likely to appear? I thought I'd heard they were on the wing.
Wasn't a wasted journey though

They're certainly out further up north. Had a couple today at Gait Barrows, Lancs and they've been out here for quite some time I believe.
