Does anyone have any idea what these moths from Fuerteventura are? Jim

They all look vaguely familiar and if not found in the UK are probably closely related to ones that are, so with a rather large caveat of "this is what I would plump for if they were photographed in the UK": The first one looks like a Pale Shoulder Acontia lucida, the second looks to be a member of either Cucillia or Shargacucillia genera, and the third one of the many and varied Geomatrid Carpet moths. The last one looks like a Moth Fly though, which is a true fly but with hairy wings giving it a moth-like appearance.

I'm sure others would be able to have a more educated stab :)

Hello Jim ,
Totally agree with the first two moths ,but for me the third is a Pug species ,and not a carpet ,very similar (although not quite !) to Double Striped Pug ,the last picture ……………...no idea ! never seen anything quite like that. Regards Allan.W.
