Little bully boy!

I think this photo fits well on this thread, one of... lets just say lots that I took of him . He seemed almost drunk on the nectar. Several times I disturbed him as I tried to pick through the bramble but every time he returned to the same flowers. He was still there when I left him after a 20 minute photo shoot!

Thanks Pete, I've never witnessed this before, Just thought it hilarious how smug she looks at the end.

That's a great bit of video and really interesting behaviour. Not just something I don't see every day but something I've never seen at all.

As the one remaining on the leaf is a female and her fly-by-night friend a male, I'm sure Pete's analysis is correct.
