Dolomites in early September

Hi everyone
I have a holiday planned in Italy in early September, with three days in the Dolomites. I've done quite a lot of internet research, but can't find any real guide to what butterflies might be flying there at that time of year, or where the best sites might be.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
