Thanks again for a wonderful time today, Susie. Those Chalkhills were such a spectacular sight weren't they? :shock: :D

I missed out on Ringlet too, but I believe PJU also saw a male Common Blue.

Great shots, and I like that last one too. it certainly was windy there at times.

What a day!Clouds of Chalkhill Blues,this is what it must have been like in the old days.Can we have more of this.Just two photo's,one of the leader at work,and another of the most photographed butterfly of the day.

I didn't see any adonis when I went back tonight either, still more butterflies to look forward too! :D

That's such a good photo, Lee, and your's PG, too. That is of Philzoid and me photographing either an aberrant chalkhill blue or then the wasp spider catching a cricket.

Amazing video. I've never seen so many butterflies. I will have to somehow get down south some time to experience that.
