That's sounding a lot better. I'm glad that my rather pointed letter to Martin Warren was acted upon. Martin had replied very quickly to my comments and agreed that they had to do better. They seem to be doing just that.

Two more names to bring in the crowds - especially as a double act: Matthew Oates and Neil Hulme. "Pass round the smelly bait samples guys."
