Will this event be taking place again next year? I would dearly love to go. :D

Hi Rosy - and welcome to the forums!

The overwhelming response from those that attended is "yes" :)

We just need to figure out where and when.

Another possibility is to run more than 1 event given that "down south" wasn't particularly convenient for those living "up north" :)

Cheers,

- Pete

Thank you for the welcome, Pete. :D

That is good news, although I am biased and would prefer it to be down south. Isn't it warmer and we have more butterflies down here (although not necessarily today!)?

I've had an idea for next years photoshop. Perhaps we could run a "bring and buy" raffle. It's a great way to create funds for BC. If people could bring a little something, eg, butterfly print, bottle of plonk etc, and we could raffle them off in the lunch break, so as not to intrude into the day. I would be happy to run it, if supported.

Good idea Denise, then you can all moan as you watch me win everything, :D I'm having a bit of a good run with Raffles at the mo. :D The last one I was at, I bought two quids worth of tickets, and everyone was a winner. Selfish Gwinewever made me give half the stuff back, so they could re-raffle it. :(
