Hmmm.

Guy is correct; Arran certainly doesn't have a resident Large Heath colony...

Not anymore at least.

But I think Denise may be thinking of Lewis in the Hebrides...?

Nope! According to my source it's a different island off the west coast of Scotland.
All will be revealed later.

Here's two more islands to the west of Scotland that do not have Scottish Tullia: Coll and Tiree... am I getting warm yet...?

Large Skipper (Female).
The male was known as the streakt cloudy hog.
