This morning on BBC News it said the Monarch Butterflies have just arrived in Mexico and there's some great video's showing them Goldie :D

Wow. They're literally dripping from the trees.

As an aside, clicking that link took me to a site which detailed the reintroduction of Large Heaths to Heysham Moss, which is something I'd hitherto not known about:

The Large Heath is on my list David , so Heysham is on my list for next year, thanks for the info Goldie :D

I saw a local T.V news report on this whilst I was up at Arnside earlier in the year which prompted me to have a look at Meathop Moss which was closer to where we were staying. Glad I did as I found some nice fresh large Heaths which made a nice bonus just before we started out for home.
