Hi Guys (and Gals!)...
I realise it is a VERY long shot, but I may be in South West Wales at some point during the flight season of the HBF this summer. In the Philip's Guide to Butterflies (J A Thomas) I have seen a small area marked off on the North Pembrokeshire coast, somewhere near Cardigan, where they are/were known to exist.... I cannot find any specific sites though. Does anyone know if there are any sites in that area where one might be spotted, or whether this probably refers to the odd random sighting? If the information is sensitive, perhaps someone could even PM me.
I always try to find some new butterflies when I'm in an area of the Country new to me and there HAS to be more of a chance than in Cambridgeshire
