I was just writing a post suggesting crameri when you beat me to it, Pete!!

Bath white is the next pedant's playground, though I'm NOT suggesting you do anything about it, Pete!! According to many authors (including Tolman), the British Bath whites are edusa, rather than daplidice... :wink:

I guess that's what happens when a species is "split" in two! We're going through the same debates with respect to Real's Wood White too!

These debates over various sub species, rare migrants and introductions are beyond my expertise, but I do think this one from the main page might need looking at again :D
