A French Bird please

this bird was active in a wood of Poplar trees in Aude , South of France

Hi Charles,
The bird is a Pied Flycatcher. Nice picture.

Nice image, Charles, though I did worry when I read the title of this thread on the home page "A French bird please..." :D

The hint of a second wing bar made me think Semi-Collared for a second :shock:
But its a female/first winter type Pied Fly
