September 2007 entries
This is the September 2007 competition. Please read the competition introduction at:
http://www.ukbutterflies.co.uk/phpBB2/v ... .php?t=991
To enter the September competition, please post a single reply to this message (1 post per member). You'll be able to edit your entry until 5th October.
This is also, possibly, the last month until 2008 in which photos for a given month will be displayed (due to lack of subject matter!) and we'll probably revert to a theme (when any photo can be provided) - such as "behaviour".
Cheers,
- Pete

Garys got a winner there, so I'll go for an image with novelty value
An Adonis male on my forefinger from Durlston CP. taken hand held, one handed on Sunday 2nd.
Change of heart, back to a conventional image. same day.

I was going to submit a v.close up shot of a Silver-spotted skipper, but as Gruditch, beat me to it, last Month, i decided to go for a different theme this Month. I know it's not a good picture, but at Darwen, it took ages for me to get a good picture of a Wall, as they are really flighty, and this one shows all of it's colours. Also i like the contrast of bright orange to dull mud.
