Hi Jenny,
You can do no better than visiting the BC Park Corner Heath http://butterfly-conservation.org/2401- ... ussex.html and adjacent Rowland Wood http://butterfly-conservation.org/2401- ... ussex.html reserves just down the road.

From the Park Corner Heath page, we learn that:Sussex Kipper wrote:You can do no better than visiting the BC Park Corner Heath http://butterfly-conservation.org/2401- ... ussex.html and adjacent Rowland Wood http://butterfly-conservation.org/2401- ... ussex.html reserves just down the road.
The reserve is a part of Vert Wood, which was once a woodland and heath which teamed with wildlife.
<sigh>

Thank you.
It was far too windy on Saturday for Butterflies and cold/dull on Sunday, so we didn't even look. However, still had a good weekend
