Winter 2012 Updates

Given the many updates to the website over the winter, I decided to summarise these before the season kicks off, as mentioned on the home page. See:

There are many people to thank, but I would like to single out Guy, Vince and Mark for the excellent work they've done (and do!) to enrich the website content. And thanks to everyone else for contributing photos, for posting in their personal diaries and for actively participating in the forum discussions. Long may it continue!
