Just realised we're not on the official list!!!

Can you squeeze in two more please, Sam and I are keen to join you all. How/when do we need to get the deposit money to you Susie?

Cheers,

Gibster.

You are now on the list :D

I had a word with the pub but they wouldn't let us pay our deposits direct to them individually so the deposits are going to have to go via me. I will PM my address to the people on the list and if you would be kind enough to send me a cheque for the deposit I'll sort out finalising our booking. Unfortunately I don't have time to PM you all tonight nor tomorrow but will do so over the coming week. They have given us a few weeks grace to get the group deposit in.

Hope that meets with everyones' agreement.

PMs should now have gone out to everyone. If you haven't received one but you would like to come along to the lunch please let me know :) and if you received one and you don't want to go then just ignore it.

I've tried to attach the menu. We'll need to provide the pub with our food order two weeks before the event. Hopefully you can view the menu. If you can't then, again, please let me know and I'll type it out (unless someone clever can tell me how to upload it in a better format!).

Susie,
It looks brilliant to those of us that like eating. Is it at the same place as last year-I will need reminding on the pub.I can book in for my wife and myself (Bill cannot now come).I would like to send a cheque for the full amount (less drinks!).Where do I send it and payable to whom?

Hi PJ,

The pub is the same one as last year. It is called The Old Forge and is in the village of Otterborne. Further details are in the first post on the first page of this thread.

It would be better for me if, for the time being, you could just pay £5 per head and address the cheque to me as per the private message you should have received otherwise things will get complicated. You can pay the balance, plus any drinks and extras you may choose to have, on the day to the pub directly.

Hi Susie,

Thanks for the PM. Unfortunately the Sturmbannführer has issued hors d'oeuvres (that must be obeyed at all times) to join a birthday meal in Arundel that evening. I would be too tight on time to do both. I hope you all have a great meet-up. Next year I'll get my retaliation in first.
