New Species

Post by James M »

Hi all, I was just wondering are there any species of butterfly that are not currently found in Britain, that look set to arrive here in the near future? for whatever reason, climate change etc.

Not sure. Suppose the coluded yellow might stay, but its to wet in winter for them at the moment, thats why they don't. If it was less wet, they could stay.

Maybe painted lady too? As for anything else, I am not so sure.
Cheers all,
