Does anyone know where I can find out information about the butterflies that occur on St Lucia? I have been searching the internet and have only found the web site of one tour company that has a comprehensive list for the Caribbean. I have been trying to contact various organisations on the island, but no one seems to be able to offer any help. I have managed to buy a second-hand book of butterflies of the West Indies, but it dates from 1975 and doesn't correspond much with what the tour company web site suggests occurs there!

I have a small book, not exhaustive and 24 years old ( honeymoon)... " Butterflies and other insects of the Eastern Caribbean" P. D. Stiling ISBN 0-333-38962-X no idea if it is still available. only one chapter on butterflies.
