Hi Colin, the last picture is a Hummingbird Hawk moth I think, a worn one of these:

Hi again, just had a look in my moth guide and 2 & 3 look very like Common Heath males. Number 4 resembles the shape and form of a Bordered White and may be of that family(again male going by the feathered antennae) and I would put 5 & 6 in the family of Noctuidae and possibly the same species. Others may be of more help, I stand to be corrected and am ready to get my coat!

I'd say the first is Scopula submutata, but the fourth is a total mystery and it SHOULD be easy.

No wonder I didn't find it. I went through the entire Geometridae on www.lepiforum.de, BUT only the species found in the Germany, Austria or Schwitzerland.
