Nets

Hi!
Is it legal to net a butterfly to get a better look, then release it after taking photos, after many years birding I have just found a new interest in Butterflies Moths and Dragonflies and find it very interesting, but I do not know the legalities, so am I doing wrong if I use a net?

There are 6 species where Section 9 Part 4b of the Wildlife and Countryside Act would apply.
