Possibly a Speckled Yellow. See:

Definate brimstone. See spot on forewing and light yellow colour. Speckled yellow is darker and you could see many dark marks, not on this one.

You've nailed it MArtin, looking at the markings on the back, it's clear that this is a Brimstone.
