Not very much moving this pretty dull morning at Morden bog, Dorset, bar the odd Dragonfly. We went in search of the SSBs, and found just one. I think its a male.
We also spotted this caterpillar cluster, which i think are Peacocks, but may stand corrected.

That's certainly a male SSB, Zonda.
The density of those peacock caterpillars is amazing. Is there a shortage of foodplant now, with the drought?
