How do I report a possibly rare sighting re Madeira

Post by Paulcrook »

For those who haven't seen my previous sighting I have been questioning the identity of a Blue I saw on Madeira 10 days pr so ago. It seems from the responses I have had that this may be a very unusual sighting for the island in that it the species does not get a mention in any of the wildlife bboks or on the web. I would like to report the possible id of this species 'officially' but am not sure how to do it. Has anyone any ideas please.
Thanks
