Marsh Fritillary In Surrey at Oaken Wood

I'm having trouble adding photos tonight but a Marsh Fritillary was at Oaken Wood, Surrey this morning. Will add photo when I can. Is this as unusual as I think it is. Have they been introduced to the county at some point?
