Lee: ...near Bristol and Sussex are the latest...
My wife and her sister have a flat (belonged to their late mother) in Clifton, Bristol going cheap. Over 55s only so I presume you’re far too young.

You can't beat Sussex (not that I am biased or anything).

I lived in Sussex for short periods on several occasions, and for one longer period of four years. Yes I agree it's a splendid area. But of all the places I have lived, the Cotswolds cannot be beaten.
