My Daves Leps World is ready

Post by Dave McCormick »

Registered my site! Happy days. :D Its not finished, but it has a home! See here: http://www.davesleps.110mb.com/

I am pleased, and you should be too. I will try my best to get it completed as fast as I can, but with my coursework and so on, its going to be a struggle getting it ready. Keep checking post for more.
Cheers all,

Pleased, Dave? I'm quite staggered! Is there an English version coming out that we can understand?

It is in English. It will look better and easy enough to read when its up and running. This page was just created in 10 mins. BTW, what is everyones screen resolution? Its seems to mess up slightly on 1024x768 which I will fix. I am thinking or removing the button and just having the banner. It would make things right.

What should I say on the home page (the current "under construction" page?)

My site has everything to do with butterflies and moths and its a huge project and it has more information than I think any site on butterflies and moths.
Cheers all,

Dave - I'd appreciate it if you could now post all of your website-related messages on your own website since they're really not of any relevance to many peope on UK Butterflies. They can then check there for updates and any questions you might have regarding your website.

Thanks.

- Pete

Well said, Pete. The nonsense had gone on long enough! Why did all his postings remind me of Ernie Wise and 'the play what I wrote'!

I will do that. Just wanted to ask things until site was up. Anything else will be on site. I will tell you when its fully finished and uploaded properly.

I am thinking of adding a forum, which will be better. Well, thats it. Just keep checking.
