Hi, hope I have got this right. I believe this is a brown hairstreak, which was taken at Alners Gorse in Dorset

Hya Petera, when did you take the pic? Just wondering how the hairstreaks at Alners are fairing, its been several weeks since i was there. Great shot by the way.

This was taken back on the 7th of August, and not been back there recently. Last weekend went to a couple of places, both DWT sites, Kilwood & Higher Hyde Heath, though not much about due to the wet weather. I am still antequated in that I still use a film camera and not digital, so takes time to develop & then scan to the PC.Zonda wrote:Hya Petera, when did you take the pic?
