Butterflies of Europe

Post by Dave McCormick »

I was sent an e-mail about this book "Butterflies of Europe" and it has over 1300 unique photos of butterflies.

What is says:

This is the only field guide to Europe's Butterflies that you will ever need

Over 1300 unique colour photographs of living butterflies

The key idenfication featrures are indicated on the photos

Distribution maps for all species

All the information (maps, identification text and photographs presented together

Simple and accurate identification keys

Genitalia drawings which enable identification of the "difficult" species without killing the butterfly. You can let it fly away unharmed after you have examined it with a magnifying glass

I am thinking og buying it soon. Seems the best book I have seen so far on Europes butterflies.
