Some form of moth?
Some form of moth?
The pictures are horrible because the focus couldn't tell the difference between white and white. It was about 55mm across but the wings were only about 5mm broad. It looks moth-like to me but I can't find it in the book.

Thank you for the identification and also for the link.

Re: Some form of moth?
The first may well be E. monodactyla, but the second almost certainly is not. That is one of genus Platyptilia. My first guess would be a worn P. gonodactyla or P. ochrodactyla/pallidactyla. Could be some other as well - hard to tell.
