Happy new year Deano and all. I didn't even realise it was the new year yesterday, even forgot to do the January comp.

Happy New Year to all UKBers. Vince - thanks for your kind comments about the gallery images - plenty more to come! I kicked off the 2010 season with a Brown Hairstreak egg hunt. Only found one, but it's a new site, so the fourth new colony I've found on four consecutive New Year's Days - you can keep yer Morris Dancers! :D
Best Wishes, Neil

And a Happy New Year from me too!

I've been a bit quiet of late - although been working behind the scenes to improve the gallery so that the contributions being made hit the main species pages more quickly than they currently are (the delay is due to the current mechanism which is cumbersome, having 2 separate albums being one cause of this! Watch this space!).

On that note - thanks for you contributions Neil (and everyone else) - some superb shots there!

Cheers,

- Pete
