Since things are getting quiet on the UK front (although still much activity in terms of hibernators and migrants!), I thought I'd post a few photos from the family holiday. As usual, more photos of butterflies than family!

Caribbean Buckeye - Junonia evarete

Cassius Blue - Leptotes cassius

Common Long-tail Skipper - Urbanus proteus

Fiery Skipper - Hylephila phylaeus

Gulf Fritillary - Dione vanillae

The Julia - Dryas iulia cillene

The Queen - Danaus gilippus berenice

White Peacock - Anartia jatrophae

Now for the test - 2 of these species have been recorded in Britain! But which 2?
