Caterpillar ID

Hello,
Can someone please identify these caterpillars for me---both seen in Hampshire in August----the first looks as though it should have been at the Notting Hill Carnival!,---and the second was being hi-jacked by two termites in the ew Forest,---------hope someone can help,-- Ray.

The second is a Vapourer Moth.

Not sure about the first.

The green one looks like a sawfly larva, and they're Wood ants, not termites!
