Peacock caterpillar question

It looks as if it is some kind of chalcid wasp, from the images I have seen online. Anyone know anything about them?

Beautiful, but how do you know it's one of yours?

To be absolutely honest I don't! It makes a nice story though.

But I don't think I have ever recorded a peacock in the garden and now I have three or four most days so I assume they are from the ones I released here.
