Essex or Small Skipper

Probably one that comes up all of the time. I made an effort to photograph the underside of the antennae as suggested on another forum. Any input would be most welcome

The top photo is definitely Essex. If the second is the same individual - then that's Essex too (otherwise it's inconclusive in my book) :)
