Nope, afraid not. If you look at the forewing underside, there's a sort of black squiggly minus sign "-" in the middle of the wing. Inside of that, towards the body, there are black dots visible, sometimes one, sometimes three depending on the butterfly, and also depending on how far it pushes its forewing free of the hindwing. Neither the brown argus nor the northern has these inner dots on the forewing underside.
Incidently, it would be really helpful if you could resize these photos to around 800x600 with a photo program before posting them.
