Caterpillar help please

Hi Everybody,

After a little help.

Been out today to Magdalen Hill Down, the day as not looking that promising, but I ended up having a great time. I will post a report separately, but spotted this guy hanging around right next to the path.

Has anybody any idea's what it is, I'm only just getting to grips with Butterflies, and some common moth's.
