Can anyone help me with the ID of this Moth.

Hi Nick,
I think that could be an Early Grey, Nice moth.

Can early grey be brownish in colour? I found one two years ago that was brownish in colour. The image of it is here and I assume thats what it is: http://www.davesleps.110mb.com/Website/ ... _Glass.htm if its anything else I can move this moth to another page, but I think I was told it was an early grey by Ian Kimbler of UK Moths

Yes Dave Early Grey.
Ground-colour is variable.
