Found this in the garden today whilst tidying up long grass around the pond... thought I'd beheaded a snowdrop at first!!... thankfully, no damage done to either :)

I'd say a Speckled Wood pupa :)

Yep.. funny to think I didn't even see the adults 5 years ago!!
