Lilac - for butterflies?

Post by Lynn »

Worth including in the enthusiasts garden as Privet Hawkmoth caterpillars may be found on it - but has anyone noticed butterflies being attracted?

Hi Lynn,

I had a white lilac in the garden and it's often used by Red Admiral and Peacock. No privet hawkmoths though :(

Cheers,
