Great to catch up with some familiar faces again, a very pleasant afternoon despite the weather's best attempts not sure I approve of that sneaky picture

Agreed. It was great to meet Guy and Minnie, and lovely that Susie could make it too. Esther and myself also had a very enjoyable afternoon.

I've just looked at the roving image taken at the social.
It's amazing to think that I have met all but two of those present, when out and about.
In such diverse locations as Sussex, Surrey, Hants, Wilts and Norfolk.
And not always at gatherings that occur when there's something special about.
Hope a great time was had by all !.

We're bound to meet again!. Have a great closed season and Christmas everyone. :D
Trevor.

PS. The two I've not met are Pete and Guy, perhaps one day!.

Definitely a great afternoon socialising amongst terrific company, catching up with familiar faces (some not seen for a while) and meeting Minnie and Guy for the first time. A shame you weren't there too, Trevor, but Ben represented the Sussex contingent in sterling fashion you'll be pleased to know. :) One good thing to remember at this time of year: we are nearly halfway round to Emperor Time at Chiddingfold... :)

Cheers,

Dave

Yes from me - I missed last year
The wonder of the world, the beauty and the power, the shapes of things, their colours lights and shades, these I saw. Look ye also while life lasts.

Don't worry, I'll start a new thread in due course. At the risk of spoiling the surprise it'll be at the usual place at the usual time though :)
