Red Admirals and others

Post by Shirley Roulston »

What's left in the garden, a lot is a bit bashed by the weather but what is in full bloom? Ivy. To-day Red Admirals in great numbers visited the masses of flowering ivy I have. One or two Small Tortoiseshell's and Speckled Woods were also enjoying a sunny day. Hundreds of flying insects, small type wasps and others humming things.

A good day for the Butterflies, warm and sunny.
