Perrmission granted by Woodland Trust to spray dog excrement with paint - on the proviso that I buy the paint from Tudor Environmental. I was told that I was not the first person to bring the amount of dog excrement in those woods to their attention. They are going to put up new signs.

I have just had a thought. If the woodland was full of Purple Emperor, I wonder if my stance would be different. :lol:

:) Purple Emperors prefer fox scats given the chance - much more pungent, but far less unsightly than dog excrement. In fact, those gatherings of blue butterflies are also often on something similar. :)
